Evaluation of Product-Based Education Training Class at Vocational High School using the CIPP Model

An employer is commonly dissatisfied with the skills of Vocational High School (VHS) graduates and suggest schools carry out learning innovations. This dissatisfaction led to response Warga VHS, through implementation a product-based education training class. Therefore, this study aims evaluate industrial-class best practices regarding Product-Based Education Training (PBET) in using Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) model. evaluative method was used conducted at VHS Surakarta, which organizes PBET industrial Using purposive sampling technique, samples were selected, containing 41 students, 8 teachers, 2 alums, parents, 1 manager. Data collection also obtained questionnaires, interviews, documentation. In process, validity questionnaire items moment product correlation. Based on results, students' context, input, evaluation had average scores 4.48, 4.25, 4.39, respectively. Meanwhile, teachers' values 4.29, 4.36, 4.23, 4.5 for evaluation, case, entirety these included very high category. indicated that improved graduate sustainably strengthened cooperation industry.
